Cisco+ Hybrid Cloud offers top-tier technologies from Cisco and its extensive partner network, spanning networking, security, applications, and cloud architecture, to support a wide range of operational needs. It also provides flexible purchasing options with lower upfront costs.
Challenge
Cisco+ Hybrid Cloud aims to empower businesses with a unified solution that simplifies the management of complex hybrid cloud environments. However, to meet the diverse operational needs of its users, the interface must seamlessly integrate multiple technologies across networking, security, applications, and cloud management. The current challenge was to create a user-friendly platform that consolidates these functions, streamlines workflows, and provides real-time insights into consumption trends. The solution needed to prioritize ease of use, security, and responsiveness across devices, enabling users to make informed decisions while adapting to changing business demands.
Result
As Product Lead, I designed a cohesive UX/UI for a streamlined dashboard that presented complex data through line graphs, tooltips, and detailed tables, giving users overviews and deep insights in one place. Partnering closely with the research team, I gathered valuable insights into user needs, focusing on simplifying complex workflows and enhancing usability. This collaboration helped shape an interface that unified Cisco’s technologies and partner tools, enabling efficient management of hybrid environments and facilitating quick, informed decisions. The design’s success was reflected in improved NPS scores, indicating higher satisfaction and loyalty as users experienced greater ease in navigating complex data.
