Overview
As part of the GoTo brand, which encompasses a suite of Unified Communications & Collaboration products—such as GoToMeeting, GoToConnect, and GoToTraining—GoToMeeting plays a pivotal role in delivering fast, reliable online meeting solutions to enhance workforce productivity. My role in this project was to redesign the GoToMeeting buy page on GoTo.com to align with GoTo’s broader mission of creating a cohesive, intuitive experience across its product suite.
Challenge
The primary challenge was to redesign the GoToMeeting buy page on GoTo.com to create a cohesive, user-friendly experience within the GoTo product ecosystem. This involved developing a flexible interface that allows users to easily customize plans, adjust organizer counts, and explore add-ons, all while maintaining a clear, real-time order summary. The design also needed to integrate seamlessly with GoTo’s suite of products, promoting add-ons in a way that showcases their unique benefits and reinforces GoTo’s mission to support productivity and collaboration through unified, cloud-based solutions.
Result
The redesigned GoToMeeting buy page successfully transformed the user purchasing experience, achieving key goals in customization, real-time updates, and product visibility. Users can now seamlessly adjust their plans, add organizers via a new slider, and select add-ons, all while viewing a real-time, sticky order summary that tracks selections and displays total costs, savings, and additional details. With features like multi-currency options and a clear breakdown of annual and monthly pricing, the page provides a transparent and engaging buying journey. This overhaul improved user satisfaction and strengthened alignment with GoTo’s unified approach across its product suite, supporting new and returning customers in making informed choices.
